Location

The hotel is located in the heart of Varna city on the main business street and some 100 m from the relaxing Sea Garden. Various restaurants, bars, nightspots and shopping venues are about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which is some 10 minutes from the sea and sandy beach. Varna Airport is approximately 10 km and Bourgas Airport is some 120 km away from the hotel.

Facility

55 non-smoking rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Rooms

    Terrific new hotel. It's not only modern, it's futuristic, especially the bathroom design where they managed to fit a spacious shower and a stand alone tub. The room was decent size. The staff were nice and friendly. If you have a car you have to drive to ul. Makedonia entrance. The main entrance is closed due to renovation. Besides the garage entrance is located there too.     In our “suite”. ZERO tables to eat at or work on. ZERO outlets near mirror to blow dry hair. ZERO countertop in bathroom - and I mean you can’t fit 2 toothbrushes. Bed was hard as a rock. Pillows are cheap foam. No tissues in room. Room is incredibly dark, poor lighting, weird mirrored and black lacquer walls. Reminded me of an escape room 😂

    Wonderful service, and the design is amazing, and thanks for my birthday cake. The breakfast had so much choice, and was perfect. Like all of the hotel I loved the style and the room was large with 2 king-size beds.The door to get to the breakfast room, was like being in Alice in wonderland. Loved it all.     I have been a loyal guest at this hotel, visiting many times over the years, and have always enjoyed my stays. Unfortunately, my recent visit was a disappointment, specifically due to the behavior of the front desk staff. I experienced a health issue during my stay, and rather than showing empathy or offering assistance, the receptionist was notably rude and unaccommodating.Not only was there a lack of understanding and support, but I was also overcharged, which added further frustration to an already challenging situation. I had expected a level of customer care that aligns with the standards I previously enjoyed at this hotel, but sadly, this was not the case during this visit.     Luxury cost for sleeping in a Lighthouse room

    Our family of four stayed in a one bedroom room, which is normally fine. But the issue is, and the biggest issue I had with our stay. When you turn on the bathroom light, it’s like tuning on a lighthouse beacon in the room, as the glass door between the bathroom and bedroom does nothing so the light seriously blinded everyone, especially at night time when people were trying to sleep. This meant every time someone went to the toilet, we felt like fog lights turned up to burn, so the light was set at level ‘retina burn.’ Otherwise the room is big with no partitions so when the kids go to sleep, not much else as parents you can do. With very little or no storage. Add the cost of the hotel and it’s really not worth it.Location is fine, not great or bad just fine. Breakfast was awesome with salmon, waffles, pancakes, and a nice selection of local and more western foods, as well as freshly squeezed orange juice and barista coffee. Nice toiletries and the gym was well kept though small. Limited parking, where the car itself goes in a mini lift.Didn’t really interact with the staff, other than breakfast, but there was always staff in reception. Because of the cost, there is no way I would stay here again, given the cost and the room configuration and blinding bathroom.
