This small, luxury hotel is housed in an architecturally attractive building at the heart of Varna. Located in the vicinity within easy walking distance are links to the transport network.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1912. 50 rooms, including 4 single rooms and 8 double rooms, are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Guests of the hotel are welcome to relax in the garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     It's was the best hotel service from ordering Taxi to tourist tips. Special thanks to Martina and Bogdan. A very good location with breakfast. Very huge rooms . Don't think twice-order in London place.If I come back to Varna for sure I will book here again and again.

    I love such old furniture very much. Great rooms, very big rooms, big clean bathroom. Wonderful breakfat and coffee. They prepare the hot breakfast right by the order free of charge. I am very satisfied but I must add that it will be difficult for people who can not walk, too many stairs to the lift and also to the breakfast hall.

    The hotel's decor is outdated, sporting furniture that seems to have been untouched for years. Its aging appearance doesn't quite live up to a five-star standard, perhaps falling more in line with a three-star experience. While the rooms receive a basic cleaning, attention to detail is lacking. Staffing is minimal, with only one person stationed at the reception desk. The bed linens leave much to be desired, feeling and looking inexpensive. Accessibility is a concern, as guests with disabilities may struggle to navigate the stairs required to reach the elevator, effectively limiting their access to higher floors.

    We stay at this hotel from October 1 to October 6. A couple of friends.Although a beautiful and clean boutique hotel, the service is not good.There are stairs at the entrance, stairs to the elevator and no one to help take luggage. Really shameful.In the dining room there is one waiter who is not enough to fill the gaps in the buffet anyway, which is not worthy of 5 stars. very poor You have to wait and ask for eggs or a sandwich from the menu. Tomato, cucumber, or cheese butter. Sometimes there is nothing and you have to wait for it to be brought to your table. Really not worthy of 5 stars. We were very disappointed.The lobby is really nice but there is no air conditioning.I will not come back here.Definately not

    A gem that needs polishing

    Grand Hotel London is a gem, but a gem that needs polishing, and one which needs supporting if it is to complete a successful comeback after the pandemic.The building is a Belle Epoque triumph, the bar, the rooms have to be seen to be believed. We had a splendid suite overlooking the square (#1) which was wonderful to stay in. The bathroom was modern and entirely satisfactory.Staff were very helpful during our stay, and we found the breakfast quite adequate ( though it required passing downstairs to the lobby and then up to the breakfast room)The bar was architecturally magnificent, but almost always empty, and the restaurant hasn't reopened for evening meals.The location is very convenient for the beach, museums and galleries and the Railway station.One final point; there is a large tree immediately outside the hotel which needs radical pruning to improve the view into and out of the hotel.
