Location

Grifid Vistamar hotel was incorporated into the family of Grifid Hotels in 2012. Right on the promenade having superb location in the first line of Golden Sands, it is a hotel with relaxing atmosphere for the entire family. Located on the marvelous sandy coast of Black Sea, in the seaside resort Golden Sands, separated only by an animated promenade from the elegant beach.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 226 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Guests can buy souvenirs at the gift shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (on request and for a fee), a car hire service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the double bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A minibar and a desk or, for an additional fee, a safe are also available. Extra comforts include a tea/coffee station. Other features include a direct dial telephone, satellite television and WiFi (for a fee). A selection of pillows ensures a comfortable night's sleep. A vanity mirror and bathrobes are on hand in the bathrooms for everyday use. Bathrooms with wheelchair access can also be booked. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The pool area, which includes indoor pools as well as outdoor pools, is the perfect to relax after a full and active day. There are also 2 pools just for kids. Pure relaxation in the hot tub, fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. Parasols and comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including tennis, bocce, volleyball, basketball and Nordic walking. With water skiing, jet skiing, paddle boating, banana boat rides, diving, water aerobics and aquafit available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a steam bath and hydrotherapy treatments and, for an additional fee, a spa, a sauna, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy an entertainment programme.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Guests can indulge their palates at 2 restaurants (non-smoking, à la carte and high chairs). All-inclusive special can be booked. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will satisfy appetites big and small. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    Good room, but facilities too small for the number of guests

    The room was very beautiful, spacious, and clean. The shower gel, which also doubled as shampoo, was very diluted and didn’t foam.I paid extra for a side sea view, but it wasn’t worth it—you could barely see the sea, and the view mostly included other buildings and trees.The lobby is too small for the number of tourists. Since it was May 1st and the weather wasn’t very pleasant, everyone stayed indoors, which made it even more crowded.The pool is very small and insufficient for the hotel’s capacity—I am referring to both the indoor and outdoor pools.The restaurant... the food was okay and varied, but there were queues every time. I also believe it is too small. Table service for drinks was a plus. However, the coffee was terrible.The space for evening shows was decent but quite cramped.The parking is very expensive—15 euros per day. Everywhere else I’ve been in Bulgaria so far, the parking fee was around 7 euros per day.
