This attractive hotel is located at the tourist centre of the town, just across the promenade from the fine sand beach. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are located in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel has 550 rooms, including 6 suites, 10 single rooms and 240 double rooms. In the air-conditioned hotel, guests are welcomed in the lobby with -hour reception desk and a -hour check-in/check-out service. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Guests can browse a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     The worst hotel ever...Be advicedThis hotel should NEVER be advertised as 4-star. It’s not even close. At best, it’s a neglected, filthy, and unsafe 1-star hotel – and that’s being generous.The room reeked of sewage for days. The pool was green, dirty, and clearly unhygienic. My son got sick and suffered a seizure after swimming in it. The food was of such poor quality that both my son and I experienced food poisoning. Staff repeatedly yelled at my son for simply playing with toys near the pool – shocking and completely unacceptable behavior.But worst of all: we were robbed. Jewelry and cash were stolen from our room. Hotel staff didn’t care at all and refused to help. I had to call the police myself, but they refused to make a report because I don’t speak Bulgarian. After the incident, my son was so terrified he couldn’t sleep I had to stay awake all night to calm and protect him.We ended up leaving the hotel and paying for another one out of pocket – a major extra expense on top of everything else.Luna Hotel is a serious health and safety risk. It’s appalling that they’re allowed to keep operating. If you’re considering staying here – don’t. Save yourself and your children from a potentially traumatic experience.

    Our stay was horrible. Even the room was nice, the food and the hotel service was very bad. My friend vomited on the last day of our stay and as I found out, she wasn't the first one to have had the same problem at this hotel, so be careful or go somewhere else!

    If you like good food, don't go to this hotel. I don't know if it's a problem only with this hotel or Bulgaria in general, but the food is not good, it's not seasoned, the meat is hard or dry - we didn't like it there at all. But if you're not picky, you'll be satisfied. We had a deluxe room with a sea view, and it was renovated and very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The indoor pool didn't work (the water was very icy), the outdoor pool was ok (but the floor was very slippery). The cocktails as part of the all inclusive were not very good. There are 71 steps from the hotel to the beach, which we didn't find out about before buying the pass, and it was physically demanding for my mother (she has bad knees). The sea was beautiful, umbrellas and a sunbed for a fee (44 BLG per day!!!). The hotel does not correspond to 4*. I wouldn't go here again.

    The hotel îs great. My favorite thing was the animation team. Ivo was an amazing and very entertaning animator. Kali and Presi were both very polite and always talked țo uș with a smile on thier faces. The food was good too. The bartenders made the best cocktails. Aleks, Sasho and Denis were the best on making the cocktails.

    Spacious rooms that get cleaned daily with stunning sea view, especially on higher up floors, nice pools, close to the beach, multiple shops less than 2 minutes away, delicious food with a lot of options to choose from, kind and engaged staff, a truly pleasant place for your next vacation, I reccomend it wholeheartedly!
