    I was forced into a situation where I needed top-quality accommodation for a month with my mother, who needed my full-time care and support.My husband found the Primorski Hotel in St Constantine and Helena near VarnaThe General Manager, Ms Vasilena Dzhukelova, met us and provided us with the perfect room and service, which was way beyond expectationsVasilena and her team provided continuous support, and everything was made easy for our stay.We needed disabled facilities and secure car parking and got both with everything else we neededVasilena is a real credit to the company and to the hotel brand; her diligence and attention to detail is unmatched.We would happily stay again and would highly recommend the Primorski Hotel to anyone in the future.

    The hotel pretend to be 3***. Rooms are nice but the WC and the shower are not comfortable. The bed covers are super small (175/150), the pillows are uncomfortable. There are no bath amenities other then 1 soap.

    We are here for 4 nights, and have one of the really nice big apartments at the end of the Pomorski complex/Hotel overlooking some small shops, a big parking lot and beyond that the beautiful black sea. The aparment is very nice with a well working fridge and a good bed. However our room were not cleaned after our first night. We complained about late afternoonthe day after. Being a sunday the girl at the reception, said it could be some time before it could be done. So we agreed to have some toilet paper and that the room should be cleaned the day after. Being back at the hotel at 13.00 hours the after we kindly asked when we could have the room cleaned again, the answer was within 2 hours. At 17.00 hours nothing had happened and we the same answer thar the room woould be cleaned within 2 hours. However back in the at 19.00 still nothing had happened. At 20.00 hours we are finally having our room cleaned with fresh towels and toiletpapir, after 4 complaints. This is not good enough and even though we enjoy staying here, I dont think we will stay here again.This might only be 3 star hotel but having one of their big and more expensive rooms we expected better.

    We visited Primorski Hotel in September and we absolutely loved it!It is located in a beautiful area, very close to the beach, surrounded by trees on both sides and facing the sea coast. Oh, and it has an amazing garden in its courtyard - very Instagramable along with the architecture of the building 👌 (if that is what you are looking for 😄). You can sit there by the clock in one of the two cafes and have a drink, meal or ice cream and enjoy the view. It is visited by locals too.We stayed in a Standard room looking towards the gardens and it had a pretty big balcony, so we were able to sit there in the evening and sip some wine.The design of the room is minimalistic, very stylish and airy. It makes the rooms feel very spacious and yet cozy.Great bonus to the stay was the free entrance in Aqua House. Every guest gets an access to the mineral water pools there and one of the saunas. At last but not least we were amazed by the staff and their politness. They answered each and every question, request and expectation!We would love to go back! 😊

    We went to Bulgaria on the first days of Sep '20, it was our first time actually staying in Bulgaria and it was a great experience, mostly because on this hotel, the beach and the kindness of the friendly Bulgarian people.I will summarize the likes and dislikes since it's easier to understand it that wayLIKES:- Excellent location, very close to the beach, shops and restaurants.- Beautiful building, the architecture of the hotel is a must see, even if you don't stay at this hotel.- Amazing view from the apartment, we booked a 1 room apartment for 3 people, and we've got second floor, sea view, it was perfect!- Very clean.- Big room, lots of space on the apartment.- All the people working at the hotel: the receptionist, the handy-guy, the cleaning ladies, everyone was smiling and happy to help, that's very important!- The free parking is a big plus on this crowd area.DISLIKES:- The cleaning crew always arrived after 3 pm when our kid was sleeping, so, we almost didn't have cleaning during the whole stay. I'm no expert of course, but I believe the cleaning crew could use and extra pair of hands to move faster.- Many people point out the lack of restaurant as a problem, but it's easy to solve this chapter: we went everyday to Astor Garden hotel, which is around 100 m. from Primorski, the buffet was 11 BGN for adults, 5,5 BGN for kids After such a challenging year for the hotel business, it's nice to see people still caring and still working with the same enthusiasm.
