Location

This hotel is situated only 20 m from the sandy beach, in the heart of the picturesque Bulgarian sea resort and international destination of Golden Sands. Guests will find restaurants, bars and nightspots just a 5-minute walk away. The nearest links to the public transport network are 10 minutes' walk and it is a 20-minute walk to the Aqua Park. Varna itself is 20 km from the hotel and Varna Airport is just 35 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 325 rooms and 6 suites, which are located on 18 storeys and are reachable by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. There is also a playground for younger guests. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most units include a balcony with sea views, where guests can relax and linger a while. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Children's beds can be provided at no extra charge upon request. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Guests will also find slippers in their rooms. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book 5 wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee) offer the perfect way to unwind. There is a wellness area with a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, thalassotherapy treatments and anti-ageing treatments and, for an additional fee, a beauty salon, massage treatments and hydrotherapy treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music, a casino and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café, a bar, a pub and a lobby bar. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and kosher food can be prepared on request. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The drinks menu includes a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as international brands.

    The hotel’s location is excellent there is a forest behind it, and it beach in front . The rooms are very nice, and the open buffet breakfast and dinner are excellent. It’s also a great option for those who enjoy casino.

    Horrible stay - avoid if not a party tourist

    I had a truly terrible stay at this hotel. The room was extremely noisy, mainly because of all-night beach parties combined with old, poorly insulated windows. Sleeping was nearly impossible.The pool was another huge disappointment — it looked like a nightmare: muggy and green. Instead of fixing it, the hotel handed out vouchers for two other pool locations. One was already full when we arrived, and the other turned out to be just another loud party spot, which didn’t help at all.Breakfast was equally unpleasant. The selection was limited to loud, unhealthy options, and it felt more like a chaotic bar scene than a hotel breakfast.Overall, I cannot recommend this place unless you are specifically looking for a noisy party atmosphere and don’t care about comfort, cleanliness, or relaxation. For anyone else, avoid it.

    The hotel is generally not bad, but for this price, it does not meet my expectations. The room we were accommodated in did not meet the standards of a 5 star hotel. The prices at the pool bar are very high, and the breakfast is the same every day.

    Nice hotel with unprofessional reception staff

    In overall nice hotel, but had unpleasunt expirience with reception that quite ruined overall impression - asked about option for late checkout, was told it is possible, went to exchance to local currency to pay for late checkout, when returned to pay was told it is impossible when guy at reception blamed me in a lie about previous late checkout approval and didn't appologize for it even after confirming with his colleague that this approval actually happened. At the end I got stuck with about 100 euro in local currency I don't need and was called liar because of their own confusion - unpleasunt and without any reason, just due to lack of their professionslism

    A good hotel in the heart of golden sand

    Its a very big hotel that is the heart of golden sand, when this might suits lot of people i would say its mainly for people who like gambling and its a hotel that is 24 hours alive, the buffet is very good and the young girl in the reception with curly hair is outstanding ( can’t recall her name unfortunately) she did help a lot in every single aspect, the hotel is good if you looking for a place in the heart of golden sand but be prepared for a big crowd for breakfast and around the elevators and most facilities, the coffee capsules are not free which is not acceptable for 5* hotel, the reason i guess is to buy coffee from the costa coffee at the lobby area, the lack of separation between our balcony and the balcony next door is annoying because we had cigarettes smoke constantly entering the room, also there was no privacy in the balcony.Overall it was a decent stay for a place like Varna where there isn’t much choice.
