    The personnel is not what this hotel deserves

    Except the location which i don't have nothing to comment...the personel is far away professional...i stayed 2 days there...but only 20 min on the relaxing area due to some teenagers which doesn't understand what is a relaxing area...the jacuzzy was like a swimming pool...tigarets...alchool...I talked to the lady at the reception...nothing changed...+ the screeming and the music loud until 2 3 am....so if you go to relax there better try other...Dissapointed by the personnel not by the conditions...

    Overrated, good location, good food, not clean enough

    Overrated, even if the place is ok, close to the piece of beach accessible. Knowing from the start to lower my expectations, it is not Greece or Italy, I expected much more for the price, and definitely more cleaning. The food ok, not very diverse. I don’t think I will repeat the experience. And the staff could be friendlier.

    The room was beautiful and spacious. If you want to park your car there, you have to be a little lucky because sometimes the parking lot is full. The beach closest to the hotel is quite small, so I recommend getting up early to get a spot without spending money on a sunbed.

    A cosy place in the heart of Balchik, not crowded, with clean, comfortable rooms, tasty breakfast, nice pool, lovely atmosphere. Close to a spot of beach, at the seaside and to terraces. Own parking. Pets allowed. And the most important thing, great manager of the place, kind, willing to please guests and extraordinary young father of four...so far - there were three last summer...Balchik is a piece of cosmopolitan history - Bulgarian, Turkish and Romanian, a quiet place, worth to be visited. I also recommend rhe local churches, mainly St. George in the old town, then St. Nicholas or the one in the New town - you can get there cheaply, by bus, taken from a place not far from the main beach, less than 1 km from Samara hotel.
