    Our stay in the hotel was disappointing.One of the bathrobes in the room was dirty and had hairs and mud stains they of course changed it quickly but this means they dont check everything when preparing your room.There were coffee stains on the carpet all over the room and it smelled a little of cigarette smoke (maybe from a previous guest who didnt respect the rules)The rooms dont have kettles which is inconveniant but you can use the water dispenser downstairs.The spa area is small and the water doesnt feel clean. We were itching when we used the jacuzzi which also didnt work properly.The breakfast didnt have a lot of choices and the sweet pastries felt hard like they were from the day before. The cutlery, plates and mugs aren't cleaned propely a lot of them had stains or dry eggs and some of the mugs were cracked and could hurt people if they aren't careful. We also found hair in the scrambeled eggs.Also it smells so bad that they put a lots of perfumes in the hotel which made us having a strong headaches ! The receptionists doesn't care to their guests at all. It shoudl be a one star hotel max they ruined our honeymoon.The hotel is in a very good spot with the fortress a 5 min walk and a good restaurant nearby but that's about it.

    Bed bugs everywhere!

    Let's start with the bed bugs and bloody stains on the sheets, hair from the towels, receptionist's attitude that is very rude, continue with the extremely strong perfume on the staircases that got me headaches and end with the very limited and narrow parking lots. Please avoid this location!

    I got to the hotel on August 4th, 2025 and was given room 202. I had booked for two nights and had paid in advance. At bedtime, I saw that the sheets were crawling with bedbugs, too many to count. I called the manager, who told me it was late, there were no extra rooms, and so I was on my own for the night. Click. I spent some time trying to kill all the bugs I could, but I got several nasty bites. After that I was sleepless. I found them on the bed, on the headboard, and on the wall. I squished some of the ones that had fed on me and the sheets were spattered with blood. That was grim satisfaction.Early in the morning, I requested a cancellation from Booking because the hotel had taken my money but failed to provide a room that was free of infestation. A few hours later, I took the person at the desk to see the bugs, the bloodstained sheets, and the bites on my back. She called her boss and he told to tell me that naturally I could choose another room for the second night. I was thoroughly disgusted. Imagine that, after getting food poisoning in a restaurant, they refuse to refund your money, but they let you choose another dish from the same kitchen. Not having slept and with my back itching painfully, I refused the offer, and the boss told me that I was going to lose my money. They denied my cancellation request. I left immediately and found another more sanitary hotel for that night.

    a hotel that also has 3 star rooms that don't look good at all, only the bathrooms have been renovated. Torn wallpaper, mold, spiders, dirty and stained baby cot, uncomfortable mattresses and pillows, very hot rooms in summer and the worst thing is the breakfast and its service which is horror - I DO NOT RECOMMEND

    The room is nothing special. Our bedsheets had stains on them and also the bathrobes were not washed or at least they were smelly and dirty a bit. Also when we entered the room it was smelling like sweat.The cleaning ladies tried to enter our room 2 times in the morning while we were chilling.The spa is really small and the pool is not heated that much. Also for the sauna and steam room you need to pay extra? There is free parking but with around 5-6 spots. The breakfast is fine, but low assortment and not enough cutlery and some of the plates were dirty. The bathroom is good and has nice music.??Overall is not that good. There is a lot to improve for sure. We were not satisfied.
