    Room was clean first and foremost, the first guy on arrival was polite and helpful, even gave us a map of places to visit, never had dinner there but breakfast was lovely, continental breakfast on the day we left was lovely too with everything nice and fresh ,bed was decent too, I read reviews mentioning furniture etc,yes it is cheap but it's a reasonably priced hotel and situated in the park, loads of parking space, checking in and out was straightforward, if you book the suite you have two flights of stairs,no lift, but the stairs are easy to negotiate as they are not steep, my only issues were you only get one sachet of coffee each and no water refill station, very minor though but with a few minor tweaking here and there it has great potential and well worth the stay.

    Be careful that they cancel your reservation a few weeks before you arrive because they want to triple the initial price of the reservation made on booking.shameful from a hotel with pretensions.it's the first time I've experienced something like this with a reservation

    There is a concerning individual working as a masseur at this hotel named Miro. He is around 60 years old and is behaving inappropriately during massages.He made inappropriate contact with a client, including actions that crossed professional boundaries.The client reported this to the hotel, and they responded by stating that Miro is a freelancer who has been around for nearly 30 years. They dismissed her concerns without a formal investigation, leaving it as a 'her word against theirs' situation.Please be cautious, especially as this is a recent incident. Miro’s behavior is alarming, and the hotel should address this matter seriously. Ladies, be vigilant!

    I got mol*sted by their massage guy called Miro. He gr*ped me, kissed me on the belly and 2 times on the lips and touched me in*propriately.When we reported it to the Hotel, they did nothing about it and said it's my word against his and that he is a freelancer and not their worker.They have price listings for his massages in every room!!!!This is a hotel that is supporting a r*pist!!!! Don't get massages from Miro!

    So so disappointing. The front of house staff were great, and that's where my compliments end.The food was mediocre at best, and the menu was misleading.None of the sauces were what was listed, the deserts were from Metro and if you write creme de leche on a menu, synthetic whipped cream won't do.The prices did not not reflect the poor quality of the ingredients.
