    A place of refuge and recuperation

    I really enjoyed the quiet. After a busy period it was a delight to have a place to chill. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were courteous ~ in particular the two who worked in the cafe. They welcomed me into their space every time with a smile and that warmth of genuine hospitality.

    Location is not the best as it is about a 25 minute ride from the main streets. It’s a nice enough hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious, and the shower is great. However despite, what the website says, the fine dining restaurant no longer exists, even though it is still publicised. There is a Chinese restaurant but this is extremely expensive! Service is poor. Our welcome fruit basket was removed from the fridge the next day and our room was not cleaned, neither were our towels changed. I had to call and arrange for the staff member to come up to our room and he could not understand when I requested clean towels, over the phone. Unfortunately the staff have very little understanding of English, which makes communication very difficult. Asking for the simplest things becomes extremely complicated. The hotel is quite dark and Iwe would not return due to the issues we encountered. We have travelled throughout Vietnam and Cambodia and this hotel was the worst, in terms of service. It is definitely not a 4* iour opinion.

    Room were neat and cozy. Location was convenient as well. Staffs were warm and polite. Food options were limited, but was tasty

    The best hotel in the area!!! The rooms are clean and well decorated, super spacious, the staff are friendly, the pool are nice and clean, with a sauna room. The price are affordable too.
