Location

The hotel is located near the major tourist sites, just 5 minutes’ walk from the Royal Palace and National Museum. The city centre is to be found just some 500 m away, and Phnom Penh International Airport around 8 km away from the hotel.

Facility

32 rooms, including 10 single rooms and 21 double rooms, are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view of the city from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a queen-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features.     Stayed here three nights over a 17 day Cambodia trip. Got 2 different rooms. Both nicely presented, one with a balcony and the other with just a window. Clean and cleaned daily. Good internet. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Air conditioning cold. Fridge but was not cold in second room. Lift very small with big step up but never had to wait long. Nice waiting area and access to two pools - one in hotel and one on rooftop of adjacent hotel. Did not eat there so cannot comment on breakfast. Hotel within easy walking distance to river, Royal Palace, the Independence Monument and lots of eating options. Staff friendly. Would certainly stay here again if back in Phnom Penh.

    This hotel lives on good service.the staff is really Nice .the rooms are small but clean and comfortable.if you need a Big room you go to Astor right nexr ro it.these two hotel are nearly one .they share restaurant and you can use facilities on both.all and all there is a very good atmosphere in this hotel and we keep coming back.there a little balcony in the rooms with a nice view to the palace,and walking distance to sisowat

    This bijou hotel, is conveniently located close to the centre of Pnom Phen. The hotel is also listed as a pick up point for some of the city tours etc.We were greeted warmly and assisted to our room with our luggage.The room was cosy, albeit a little on the small sized, but clean and well furnished as was the bathroom.The Hotel does not serve dinner, but helpfully guided us to their excellent sister Hotel, (The Chaiya Palace Hotel), where we enjoyed a very pleasant roof top dining experience. We did notice a number of popular restaurants in the vicinity too.Breakfast was to a good standard.Hotel staff were always welcoming and attentive.I would happily use the hotel again if in the area

    Great family friendly, affordable Hotel

    We had three rooms at the King Grand Boutique Hotel for our family of five (teenagers and young adults). The rooms are very spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great with a good variety; we liked that you could also order off the à la carte menu. All the staff are very friendly, welcoming and professional. The hotel is down a side street, so away from most of the city noise, but only a short tuk-tuk ride to the main city centre, which we liked. I would highly recommend staying at King Grand Boutique Hotel if you are looking for affordable, family-friendly accommodation.

    The two sister hotels Apsor, for those that need big rooms, and can pay a little more, and Kings Grand Boutique, are in my opinion the best you can get in the town. ^You have a great breakfast, with super nice staff, 2 swimmingpools (as you can use both Apsor's rooftop pool, or Kings ground floor pool !Always clean (they actually change the bed sheds every day) This time i had the very top floor on kings and wow what a view. Ohh and the staff, are all friendly, remembers you, interested in what you have to say ! its just fantastic hotel (s) for an acceptable price ! Ill be back !!
