Transfer time to the airport is about 15 minutes.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 407 rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. Wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. The apartment hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub.     I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing time! It’s the perfect spot for travelers. The location is super convenient, right next to yummy restaurants, markets, and transportation.The room was spotless, with a comfy bed, great air conditioning, and strong Wi-Fi. It was perfect for both relaxing and getting things done. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and always ready to help with travel questions or book taxis.They also offered some really useful services like luggage storage, airport pick-up, and tourist info. The hotel felt really safe and quiet at night, which made me feel super relaxed after a long day.I highly recommend this hotel to solo travelers, couples, or even business visitors looking for a reliable and welcoming place to stay.

    Good, big rooms. They’re a bit dated but I do appreciate the architecture of the ceiling and the wooden furnitures. Shower may need some updating - I didn’t appreciate the contraption-looking doors of the shower. Breakfast was also a bit of a letdown; it doesn’t have as much options available, including desserts.     Recently, I had a stay at the Phnom Penh Hotel, which was overall average. The hotel boasts a great central location, making it a convenient base for city exploration. The staff were notably friendly and pleasant, adding a positive touch to our interactions.The rooms were mostly clean, but one of our three rooms had an issue with cockroaches. Another point to note is that the hotel does not provide room service beyond 9 pm, which can be inconvenient for late-night needs.When it comes to dining, the hotel had limited options, especially for vegetarians, with a menu primarily focused on South Asian cuisine. This lack of variety was a bit of a letdown.In conclusion, while the Phnom Penh Hotel scores well on location and staff friendliness, it falls short in terms of room cleanliness and dining options, especially for those who prefer vegetarian meals or need late-night room service.     Phnom Penh hotel is best service hotel in city

    I have stay here to join a workshop in Aug. The room is very clean and acceptable price. Hotel is a gold location very easy access to everywhere in the city. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
