    We loved the hotel facilities, high standards of services, room cleanliness & quiet location with superb buffet breakfast & stunning views to the Tonle Sap, Mekong Rivers & the Royal Palace. We can’t remembered all the staff names but some that we remembered were Reth, Lina, Sambo the manager, Lida, Seyha, Khema and Nith at Concierge. We stayed 12 memorable nights there & will stay there again. We highly recommend this hotel to other travellers.     5* hotel stayed 1 night on a Mercury escorted holiday.Greeted with a welcome drink a scarf with hotel name on it .Vast reception area with impressive decor .Room we had was enormous ,bathroom had a roll top bath as well as double shower . Complimentary toiletries and a small fridge ,tea and coffee making facilities and large bowl of fruit .We felt like royalty. All of the staff were so professional ,friendly and efficient. Would recommend a visit if you get chance.     Oh WOW what an amazing 5* hotel. The facilities were the best ever. The accommodation/rooms were superb and so comfortable. We would highly recommend a stay there.
