    Exceptional Service and Genuine Care – Willing to Help in Difficult Times

    I recently had to cancel my elderly grandfather's booking at The Bridge Club Hotel due to unforeseen safety concerns. Although the booking was originally non-refundable, the hotel team went above and beyond to assist us.A special thank you to Ms. Sophea and Mr. Keith, the Reservation and Front Office Manager. They were incredibly understanding, responsive, and compassionate throughout the process. After reviewing our situation, they kindly approved the refund and guided us on how to proceed with the booking platform.This level of empathy and professionalism is rare to find. My grandfather has stayed at this hotel many times and has always spoken highly of it, and this experience has only strengthened his fondness for The Bridge Club.We truly appreciate their help and look forward to staying here in the future when he is able to travel again. Highly recommended not just for the lovely hotel, but for the wonderful people who work here.

    Excellent place to stay while in the capital.A good value hotel. Hotel is massive, many floors high, and the rooms come with great views of the city.It looks like the hotel does well with Chinese tourists as the place is full of them, but no worries, plenty of rooms available and the staff are very helpful and friendly making your stay here an enjoyable one.Under and beside the hotel are lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants, and outside one can get a tuk tuk quite easy - or can even chance a walk into the city - which is about 20 to 25 minutes - not bad at all. The room was spacious, had decent views, and was clean. The bed was well comfy and I had no problem sleeping when I was there. Also the hotel offer free laundry service which is a great additional perk.The only negative was the shower hadn't a door to stop the toilet getting a little wet. Staff at front desk were friendly, especially Kevin who helped me with my room, and also the cleaning service were efficient and kept the room clean and gave me towels when requested.If I am ever back in Phnom Penh I might just book a stay again in this hotel. Recommended!

    Really glad that this wasn’t my first visit, this hotel location is a bit far from the real Phnom Penh

    Really dull location in what seemed like the business centre/small China town so no Phnom Penh vibe. Hotel had the air of somewhere set up for people working in the area and not tourist. Really basic, no kettle, glasses, cutlery. Gym was fine although yoga mat would have been helpful

    I have stayed in many hotels in Phnom Penh. The positives are the view from the room is amazing. The negatives are all the rooms stink of smoke, they have an issue with cockroaches, the rooms don’t feel clean, the bathrooms are tiny and mouldy and the drain overflows, the towels are cheap and old. I would not stay here again. There are much better options for the same price. It’s a shame it’s not a well maintained building as it could be great with lots more effort. DO NOT STAY HERE. I stayed here 12/2024. So many cockroaches!!!!! I KILLED IN 2 DAYS OVER 20 COCKROACHES. ALL restaurants down below are over priced for regular rice and noodles dishes. Avoid this area (Chinatown).

    I had a wonderful stay at **The Bridge Soho Hotel** in Cambodia. The location is perfect, with easy access to food stalls and restaurants, making it super convenient to explore the local area. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a full meal, everything is within reach.The hotel offers great value for money, with fair pricing and impressive amenities. One of the highlights was the **beautiful pool and gym on the 39th floor**—the breathtaking views added a touch of luxury to my stay.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when assisting me with contacting my Grab driver, as they didn’t speak English. Their support truly made a difference in my stay.Overall, I had a lovely **4D3N visit** in Phnom Penh, but my time at **The Bridge Soho** made it a particularly memorable staycation. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and would definitely stay here again on my next trip!
