Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms include a double bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a flatscreen television, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. The outdoor pool complex guarantees comfortable swimming with its soothing salt water and children's swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The wide range of activities offered at the hotel ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, golf and horse riding.     Our family spent Christmas / New Year 2018/19 breakfast in S.E Asia and Siem Reap was an important stop for us. We spent quiet a long time searching for hotels in Siem Reap since I didn't know someone who had visited Cambodia. After going through many hotels and looking for a family friendly hotel that provided accommodations with food / safety and other list of things.. we settled on Angkor Miracle. I am pleased to report that we did well. I had searched other places and each one was charging extra for airport transport + children... and with our choice, hotel transport was included and rooms were a large size for an entire family. We ended up with 2-combined rooms.This is a great family friendly hotel with all the amenities one can ask for specially with young children. Staff was extremely helpful. I would recommend their breakfast.Just one thing we learned about was their mandatory / requirement to purchase their Christmas or New Year even party package upon arrival. This would've been a major surprise for us and the cost was extremely high per person. Luckily we avoided both of those days so just keep it in mind if you're going around that time frame. Read the fine prints.Thank You so much.

    I am very happy to have stayed here. It is a $4, 10 minute Tuk Tuk (or Rhemork in Khmer) drive to Pub Street and the Night Markets. This made me feel like I had the best of both worlds. A getaway that was away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist centre but close enough to the action to drive in every night. There is always someone waiting to drive you in. The hotel actually does a thrice daily drop off at 9am, 11am and 5pm. Thank you guys. It is very much apreciated, as is the free airport shuttle. Buffet breakfast is included every morning as well and if you are leaving on a tour before 6am they will pack you a continental breakfast to go. Thats not all, you are given a free 15 minute foot massage that I forgot to take advantage of 😢. And a free coffee at the lounge. Doors are opened for you and the staff are always friendly. I have loved staying here this past week. After checking out of the hotel there is a very handy stopover lounge to relax in the has power outlets, showers and day beds. So so so handy! 5 stars!     You will not be disappointed with this property. Amazing service and attention to detail. Disappointed we could only stay one night. Easy access into town and close distance to Angkor Wat.     Rooms are spacious and very clean. Good view of swimming pool. There is a good massage and good selection of breakfast!!!! Good shuttle to airport. Breakfast very good with lots of variety. Beds are comfy. Request for hard pillows or whatever you need.
