Location

This resort is strategically located in the heart of Siem Reap, within walking distance of the Old Market Place, where guests will find local handicrafts. It is a 10-minute drive from the airport and 15 minutes from the world famous Angkor Wat temples.

Facility

36 suites, 82 single rooms and 158 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the 24-hour reception desk. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom, and air conditioning ensures just the right temperature. A balcony is among the standard amenities of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. There is also an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Guests can take advantage of the nightly turndown service. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and 1 smoking room.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex guarantees comfortable swimming with its soothing salt water and children's swimming area (for a fee). Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, golf and horse riding are available. Water sports enthusiasts are offered banana boat rides. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example darts, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, a gym and billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a beauty salon, massage treatments and a solarium. Subject to charge: a steam bath. Guests can enjoy a range of leisure facilities and activities, including a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café, a bar and a pub. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and picnics are available.

    Conveniently located, the hotel has a huge lobby, large restaurant. Rooms are of a good size with a huge bed. The hotel is a four-star. Very friendly and helpful staff. Was a good base for our three day stay in Siem Reap.There is a good sized salt-water pool which was very welcome – it could do with a few more sunbeds which get busy in the afternoons when the tourists come back from the temples. Breakfast is a good selection of local and global food. As is always the case, the bars are never good value in hotels, but offer the convenience. Recommend you venture outside!There are a lot of hotels in the area, so do shop around.     Great hotel, good location, huge beds, gorgeous pool and tasty food.The staff are so friendly polite and helpful, anticipating our every need. As you walk through the hotel every single staff member greets you with a smile. Special thanks to Chet in the restaurant, who had my coffee of choice poured before I found a seat every morning and was always there for a friendly chat. I will be back!
