    I have thoroughly enjoyed my time staying at the Ta Phrom Hotel. The staff are exceptional. There is nothing they won't go out of there way to help you with. I have also thoroughly enjoyed our chats and communication. I cannot fault their level of professionalism and also their helpfulness, kindness and friendliness. The rooms are well set out and spacious and the breakfast every morning has been spectacular. This Hotel is in the perfect location. It is across the road from the night markets and only metres from Pub Street which has amazing resteraunts and clubs to experience. It is also only a short drive to the temples, floating village, museum and other major attractions. I highly recommend this Hotel

    Location was excellent. Staff were so friendly. Rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable. One of the nicest breakfasts that we have had on our entire trip.

    I forget my necklace yesterday. I didn’t event know I have forgot it at room. Staff at hotel are very honest and kind, they called me immediately once they found my forgotten necklace. They kept it very secure until I picked it up. My grateful to all staff at the hotel, you did an amazing job❤️🙏

    The hotel is simply outstanding! Once you get inside it seems to be in a museum, it’s very well kept!The room was very spacious, nice, with a big and comfortable bed and the air conditioning works also very well.The breakfast is very good, with different quality options, in a very big and cozy room with nice views to the riverside.The service is great, everyone is always with a smile and very helpful whatever you may need.The location is also very good, by all the markets and very lively.I do not give them the 5 stars just because of a misunderstanding during the check out, in which we were accused of having taken a pair of sleepers with us. I was in that moment writing a review of the hotel in the reception, saying how wonderful everything was and that left me a bit upset. If it wasn’t because of that moment, they would have my 5stars with no doubt because the hotel could really not be better!!
