The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The club offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     This hotel is a hidden gem. The property is very beautiful and zen like..the team are so attentive ,nothing is too much trouble .Breakfast is lovely with lots of choice.The rooms are spacious and the beds and pillows are fabulous .We would recommend the spa which is also a great experience.The hotel is in a great location,so close to masses of restaurant choice and also very close to sightseeing top spots of Angkor Wat.We would definately go back anf would totally recommend .

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for exploring Siem Reap, the hotel itself feels peaceful and tranquil, especially the beautiful courtyard. The artwork throughout the property adds a really lovely touch and gives the place a unique character. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great recommendations. I took a tour of the Temples with Tiger who was full of interesting facts and historical information.The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out, and the on-site restaurant was a great bonus with delicious food. Overall, a fantastic experience—I would definitely stay here again.

    We had an incredible 2 night stay at this hotel! The staff was warm and welcoming, the rooms so comfortable (excellent A/C), an incredible rooftop infinity pool (a great place to wind down amongst the tree-tops at the end of a day touring), nice spa facility, delicious included breakfast with many options and a fantastic walkable location. I can't imagine having a better experience in Siem Reap!

    We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Tree Line Urban Resort and honestly couldn’t fault it.The location is perfect – close enough to everything you want, but still feels like a calm escape when you step back inside. The hotel itself is beautifully done, and everything just works effortlessly.The staff really make the place. They’re friendly, helpful, and attentive without ever being over the top – exactly how it should be. You feel genuinely looked after without it being intrusive.The food was consistently good, and the pool is an absolute godsend after a day out exploring – easily one of the highlights of the stay.We’d come back here time and time again without hesitation. Highly recommended.
