    Nice Rooms

    We arrived here with a reservation late in the evening, and were warmly greeted by the staff. The rooms her are very fresh and clean. The only complaint that I can think of is that they do not include breakfast with the room charge. You need to go to the attached White Spot for food ( which was closed by the time we arrived that evening) or get a bite at the nearby fast food places.

    Freeway Noise!!

    Rooms large, spotless, beds comfy but nothing is worth the $264.50 a night for the non stop freeway noise. Honestly thought our window was open. No breakfast but you get 25% off at the attached whitespot. Cable tv only with extremely limited channels. If you need sleep, not here unless you use earplugs.

    front desk staff were very rude. gave short and snippy answers when asked questions, not once smiled. although staff was rude, rooms were very nice and clean.

    Had a room on the highway side and we did not find it too noisy at all ... had read a few comments about the highway side being very noisy... room was clean and spacious... the older gentleman at the front desk was amazing... people like that keep me coming back... great customer service!

    We have stayed here a few times now, and it's really our Go To in the lower mainland now, as it still is better than the other choice properties we have stayed at recently in BC.The under building parking is nice to keep car out of the direct elements, and plenty of parking overall too, never had too much issue finding a spot.Front desk staff were attentive and engaging when checking in, and ensured we were taken care of.Coffee in lobby in acceptable, but not the best. Don't often use the on-site restaurant as White Spot is not a go to for us, but that is not a deal breaker.Easy to find location, viewable from the freeway, and easily accessible. Shopping center just a couple of blocks away for anything you may need.Rooms have always been clean and comfortable for us, rarely an issue there. Rooms on freeway side may be a bit noisier, but can be drowned out with AC unit.It's hard to see this rated so low here compared to others in town, this is a great place based on my experiences, but they are just that, mine.Can recommend this place and will come back again and again.
