    Coming back from James Bay certainly the best Pension we stayed at. Very large comfortable room, nice welcome, excellent lunch, very Ghent choice, self service.     Very nice hotel

    Due to a Booking.com error, other hotel originally booked in Amos fell through the cracks. What didn’t help was that there were hockey tournaments and all the hotels were booked. We were told to go to this hotel (rode way inn) as a room would be available, which worked out. Nice modern room (111 ground floor), nice amenities, free continental breakfast (waffle maker, cereal, fruits, yogurt, bread, coffee/juice, pancake maker). I checked the laundry room and the washer/dryer machines seem to be free (very nice). Didn’t try the pool but it looks great. Gas station right next door, Depanneur. On a side note, not hotel related, Amos is missing having Uber eats but perhaps eventually that’ll start to happen.

    Horrible experience

    Stayed here two nights in August 2021. Probably mistaking it for trash, the maid threw away my personal bathroom kit, which contained 200$ worth of items. These things happen I guess, my stuff was inside a transparent bag… I kept my cool and asked to be compensated. The hotel staff was evasive and finally refused any form of compensation. TERRIBLE customer service and no humanity. Some of my colleagues say my things were stolen. I really just think it was a human error, but the aftermath proved the manager Megan has little regard for guest satisfaction. Stay away from this place. If you have nowhere else to go, keep the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on at all times.
