Never going there again!Booked two rooms for two nights. No hot water the whole time we were there. Complained both nights and on checkout. I was told the manager would reach out to offer a discount. She never did. I phoned several times. All my messages were ignored. It was only after emailing the manager that I finally got a response. A promised $50 discount on my $800+ bill. Pathetic! Discount never came. If you don’t mind cold showers; enjoy your stay.

I stayed here a very long time ago!!! Now take it to August. This hotel is amazing. Let’s start with breakfast. We stay at a lot of hotels and this breakfast is so good and amazing! They have really stepped up their game! They have so much food and it’s all nice fresh food. My room was very clean and updated at that. The pool was amazing also, it was so relaxing to be able to take a dip and just relax. It was a very nice atmosphere. The staff were so nice and very helpful with everything. The manager also was super nice and very welcoming. She had a lot of suggestions to help with our stay and always had a smile on her face.

The first I must harp about is location. It is indeed right off the 401, but I wished it was closer to the town.Now the positive...great stay, very comfortable. The included breakfast was good (hey Ganaoque go look at what they do...they have bacon:) ).Wish the pool was a bit larger and I was hoping for a nice are right outside the parking level patio door, but alas not to be.Yes, I would easily stay here again.

Check inn was a little soso and we were sad there was no popcorn or ice tea waiting for us. The room was big and clean and the bed was comfy. The room was quiet. Shower was hot. We did not get to try the pool so i could not see if i would slip in it lol. Breakfast was nice. Eggs, sausage ,pancakes. The breakfast lady even made someone bacon. The coffee in the night was cold though :( the check out lady was amazing :) would stay again.
