    Fantastic! Our shuttle driver Shah was the kindest, sweetest & most helpful man. I commented on his hat & he took it off and gave it to me. ❤️ The hotel was so great that the 6 in our group continued to comment about the delicious restaurant food, the shower system, the layout out of the room, the comfy beds, the bed lighting and much more.     The bed and pillows were an absolute dream! Our room was on the main floor and I was concerned it might be noisy. It wasn’t, I slept so well! It was a beautiful room too. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good, not a buffet, actually menu items. Would highly recommend!     Stayed here twice when flying in/out of Calgary's airport.I had not heard of the "Clique" brand so was not sure what to expect when I booked this hotel, but I decided to give it a try based on good reviews and reasonable rate. We had a good stay overall with no real issues.The hotel seemed clean and safe. The rooms were appointed like those in the top half of a mid-tier U.S. hotel chain. The neon lights under the bed were a bit cheesy. Staff was nice and professional. I had a billing concern (my mistake) and the staff handled my concern (and me) gracefully.Our rate included breakfast in the hotel restaurant. One had four options for the free breakfast. The full/traditional breakfast plate (eggs, sausage, toast) was good. We had an early flight out and were glad that the breakfast room opened at 6am and service was efficient. You have the option to add a tip for the breakfast meal to your hotel bill.I would stay here again if looking for an airport near the hotel.     We had an incredible stay—easily a 10/10 experience overall. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and a special shoutout goes to Tracey, who went above and beyond for us. Her kindness and professionalism truly set the tone for a memorable visit.The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully appointed, with all the comforts we could ask for. The location was perfect, and the amenities were top-notch. Would definitely recommend the themed suite rooms. The only downside was the restaurant experience, which didn’t quite match the excellence of the rest of the hotel. Service was medicore and the food was underwhelming (we had the steak), especially considering the otherwise high standards.Still, thanks to Tracey and the overall quality of our stay, we left with great memories and would absolutely return—just might dine elsewhere next time!
