  BUGS! Stay away!

  I’m genuinely horrified by my stay at this location. I found a large, quarter-sized bug in the bed, under the covers. While I recognize that the occasional insect can make its way into a room, a bug of that size does not end up inside a made bed unless cleaning and linen changes are clearly neglected. This results in a serious lapse in basic hygiene standards.I brought the bug to the front desk, and the attendant was completely disinterested offering only a 10% discount, which felt completely inadequate given how unsanitary and upsetting this was. I wrote to the company afterward, gave them every opportunity to address it properly, and they still refused to do anything further. At that point, it’s clear this wasn’t just one careless interaction — it reflects a broader, company-wide lack of standards and accountability. If you value basic cleanliness don’t stay here. I won’t be back, and I recommend booking literally anywhere else.

  STAY AWAY BECAUSE THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL EVER IT SHOULD BE A 1-2 STAR ONLY

  The room was beyond horrible. There was no view from the window because there was an AC unit or something of the sort in front of it which made the room dark and like a dungeon. They tried to hide it by frosting the window so you couldn't see outside, but there was a part of the window that can open and I saw what was blocking the entire window. The bed was super uncomfortable, and the mattress had a large crusty stain on it. After 11 hours of driving and another 9 hours to go the next day, this was definitely not a place to rest up for the next leg of our journey. The floor throughout the room was unlevel and bumpy. The tv was in a spot that you couldn't watch it from the bed and only from one small chair which is not great for 2 people. If I could give this hotel a negative 10 I would, it didn't deserve the 1 that I had to give. I will never return to this hotel and will tell all my friends and family to stay far away from it and stay elsewhere. I would have to say that this is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in, especially for the price I payed. I kinda wonder if we were given this horrible room because we booked it through Expedia. I would never stay here again even if it was free. I am so disappointed that Best Western has their name on this dump. I have stayed with Best Western many times in the past at different locations and was always happy with my stay. Now I don't know if I want to stay at this hotel chain again because of this experience. When I told the lady during checkout how bad the room was, she didn't apologize and only said she would get the cleaning staff to checkout the crusty stain on the mattress. Terrible service, terrible food, beyond terrible room for the price. A dump like this needs to lower their price to a 1-2 star level because it is nothing close to a 4 star as they are showing.

  Accommodating and excellent people taking care of

  It is my first stay at this hotel and I needed an early check-in because of our family situation and the front desk. Mr. Dave was extremely kind and nice to let us in as soon as I requested him and informed him, although I am also the elite rewards member yet they offered us the early check-in around 9 AM which is really great. I was not expecting since they had a room and they provided us at the same time general manager. Mary was there also and she offered me the coffee in total, I had an extremely good experience and very pleasant feelings on arrival at this hotel and I will recommend to anyone in need and I’m pretty sure these wonderful people will take care of you thank you thank you Dave and thank you Mary. Nice day.
