Location

This hotel is conveniently located around 10 minutes from the international airport, as well as from the centre of Calgary. It lies just off the Trans Canada Highway and the Deerfoot Trail, and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, a theatre, a casino, and links to the public transport network.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 248 non-smoking rooms located in a 7-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a TV room. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a page service and a hotel shuttle bus. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. A safe and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked.

Sport

Guests can taking a refreshing dip or just relax in the pool complex, which includes indoor and outdoor areas. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including golf, a gym, a sauna, massage treatments and hydrotherapy treatments. A dance club offers fun and entertainment.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Bed and breakfast can be booked. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Wonderful Hotel Stay with Attentive Staff!

    My stay at this hotel was excellent. The customer service stood out right from check-in, where I was warmly greeted and recognized as a rewards member. Shortly after settling into my room, staff even called to make sure everything was satisfactory, which was a thoughtful touch.I stayed on the 6th floor in Tower A, and despite the hotel being fully booked with conferences taking place, the floor remained impressively quiet and peaceful throughout my stay.As a rewards member, I received breakfast vouchers, which was a nice perk. However, the breakfast setup in the banquet room wasn’t ideal, as guests had to share tables with strangers. On the second morning, breakfast was moved to the restaurant, which was very busy, but the staff handled it well. They were attentive, hardworking, and quick to clear and reset tables.The only downside was that breakfast would not have been included if I weren’t a rewards member. Considering the nightly room rate, complimentary breakfast would be a reasonable inclusion for all guests.Although I didn’t use the pool facilities, I did take a look at them and found the area to be clean and well maintained.Overall, this was a great stay, and I would definitely stay here again.     Great service, clean rooms. Bit far from the centre of town, but easy and inexpensive (around $15) to take an Uber there.     Was bothered everydayBig staff guy tried to push his way into my room yellling he could smell pot which was ridiculousOffice interigated me almost every dayInsisted i pay 50 percent more money or leave.
