    Bed bugs & 0 concern or follow up from manager.

    This hotel had bed bugs & when the staff were informed, they said to connect with the manager. It’s been 8 days and I have yet to hear from them regardless of my calls and emails to him. The staff also stated that their inspector went into the room and “found no evidence of bed bugs” despite showing them photos and videos of them. Based on their lack of follow through & concern regarding this, I wouldn’t be shocked if it’s a common thing that goes unaddressed for them.

    This hotel was okay. The AC was a bit loud but kept the room cool. The breakfast was okay better than average free breakfasts. The location was easy to get to from the airport. The rooms were large. The pool, waterslide and hot tub were not working. Clean and quiet.

    This should be a 1 star review! But I believe in giving credit where it's due. Preet, the AM front desk agent was very pleasant and accommodating and Jyoti, the room attendent was kind and welcoming. Unfortunately I can't say the same for PM staff. Vidhu was rude to other guests and tried to tell me that they didn't have 2 spare blankets in the entire hotel. I was actually told that with 4 guests in our room, we would have to share. That wasn't comfortable with our teens. After I insisted that in a hotel this size, there had to be 2 spare blankets, she finally went and got them for me. The whole interaction left a bad taste in my mouth. I can't leave a review without mentioning the breakfast. Sadly, it was one of the worst hotel breakfasts I've ever had! From slimey sausages, to dried out bread, was all around not good. And to make matters worse, they won't let you bring your food back to your room, and the breakfast area is so small there were people holding their plates to eat. Would NOT recommend staying here.

    Only bad thing was the hot tub wasn’t working properly and the pool area wasn’t the cleanest. Everything else was great! Staff was nice. The shuttle was fast and efficient. The breakfast was yummy. And it was a good price. Would stay again! Thanks!

    went to stay at comfort inn and suites calgary airport south in mid october 2024 for 2 night and as always I leave the room as i found it so staff have less work; I had loosened bedding dont like tight to sleep and was remaking bed and noticed on one corner of the comforter a blood smear about a foot wide I was horrified because that could have been by my face the whole time so I asked manager to come to the room he waved me off to cleaner where both our keys would not open the door I did tell her about the blood she apologized but my shuttle was waiting for me so had to leave. We were adamant about refund but instead were offered points of some kind he did not take this issue seriously and would imagine he or the cleaners would feel differently if had a blood smear on or near your body. I have never written a review before but if you can stay somewhere else please do as the room and bedding may look immaculate but horrifying. this message was also sent to manager Raj yet no refund or reply was sent to us. Check the bedding from now on. L Sawada
