Location

The hotel is located close to Calgary Airport and a short 15-minute drive from the centre of Calgary and all its attractions, whilst the Greyhound bus station is around 2 km away.

Facility

203 rooms, including 12 junior suites, 112 single rooms and 75 double rooms, are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Film lovers are sure to find just what they're looking for in the cinema's listings. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

The freshwater pool complex includes indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated, as well as a children's swimming area. The sun loungers are perfect for soaking up some sun.     DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! 1. Entering hotel there are unfavourable people sitting outside and from what it seems maybe living at this hotel.2. DIRTY: stains on sheets, stains on walls, stains on furniture, shower is dirty with hair and mildew, elevators are smelly and carpets are not clean in elevators nor rooms. Rooms also smell like smoke.3. GYM: They say on their website that they have a gym however there is one treadmill which does not work, and an elliptical that is 20 years old. 4. No restaurant 5. DO NOT BRING KIDS HERE.This hotel was recommended by Volleyball Canada as one of their play and stay options. Our team is spending four nights here and every single room that we’ve checked into thus far has had stains on the sheets and pillowcases, not vacuumed and only one out of the four rooms so far have had a bathroom that was somewhat acceptable.

    Room was dirty. Bathroom was disgusting. No wash cloths or hand towels.. Worst bed I have ever layed down on, was basically a cot on a metal spring frame.

    Booked the hotel because of the price. Overall the hotel was clean and quiet. However, by biggest complaint would be the terrible beds. It’s a thin mattress on a bare metal frame. I’m a bigger person and could feel the crossmembers of the frame. Not very comfortable. They need to invest in some new mattresses. The little air conditioner couldn’t keep up and the room was warm.
