    DO NOT STAY HERE! Both elevators were out of service. No one was available to carry my luggage up 4 flights of stairs. I was told everyone is busy. I requested a wake up call for 6:30AM. I did not receive it, near missed my flight. Also I was charged a $50 damage deposit. I have NEVER heard of charging a hotel guest damage deposit.

    Stayed for the night of May 17, 2026Check in was smooth and agent was polite. Our room was of very good size. Clean and comfortable. All amenities were present in the room. Have fridge and Microwave in the room was really nice .Bed was comfortable with clean linen.Did not use any other facilities due to the short stay, Highly recommended

    Very clean and very modern. Love the kitchenette setting. Booked through Expedia but did not receive the gift bag we heard others receiving. Other than that, amazing

    We came here to see family and have for.s appointments also originally from here but moved out a couple hrs away and this hotel is a reasonable price for the size and quality in a hotel ots like a small apartment really that wat I really like

    Great economical option for overnight stay between connecting flights!

    Rooms are very spacious, well equipped and clean. Excellent to suit our purpose for a short overnight stay before a morning flight. The Free Taxi offered works much better than waiting for shuttle. Overall a good experience and would stay again. If checking in late at night there are no dining options but with skip the dish or other delivery service that is no longer a negative for a short overnight stay. Rooms have cook tops and microwaves, which are great, except our room had a foul odour from a previous guest that cooked fish. The room should be properly aired out before being booked again. We were too tired after a long travel day to ask for another room and fortunately the weather was warm enough that we could open a window for fresh air. Cleaning staff should have informed the front desk.
