    Upon first entering the room you will immediately get hit with a stinky smell.The floor was absolutely filthy upon entering the hotel with hair, dirt, and grum everywhere. Hair even on the bedding sheets.The bathroom sink was completely clogged and the sink fill up within seconds due to not draining.The shower and tub area is full of mould on the ceilings and on the tub which is a massive health and safety concern and problem as we live in Canada, a first world country.The bathroom fan is absolutely filthy and not pushing air out.When taking a shower the damp water will hit the mould and the smell within bathroom instantly turns into a cow manure type smell. Not worth even at $10/night.

    It’s a simple no non sense hotel which looks more like a motel. Clean but lacks pool or hot tub. It’s great value if paid less than 75 a night

    A cheaper place to stay in a great location. Still needs some more updates. Close to a great variety of eating places. Good breakfast if you can do it 8:30 to 9:30.

    So we stayed in this hotel for one night looking for budget options within Calgary. Place is clean quiet and has good decent staff Hotel has two floor levels and we don’t remember seeing any elevators. Hotel is more like an upscale motel but I think it’s good value. Mattresses are comfortable, rooms are clean and linen was also fresh. Highly recommended if you get a good sub 80 price

    Front desk was not knowledgable and did not give proper instructions about doors and keys, which wasted my time. I was also charged on my credit card and given receipts that did not have any description of what I was being charged for. I had to have the front desk clerk itemize my bill because you can’t just charge people and not list what you’re charging them for. TV did not work in room. Gave up as we were very tired and it was late, and because of the key incident, we were already drained. This hotel chain is generally good consistently, and I use them a lot, however, the staff needs better training at this location.
