  Stayed for a wedding in the area

  We stayed here for 3 nights in March 2026 as we were attending a wedding in the area. The hotel staff were amazing and were able to accommodate our specific requests, including making sure that the room was clean at a specific time, so that pictures could be taken as part of the wedding festivities.The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

  Too Noisy, Too Much

  We were disappointed for 2 reasons:1. Our room, as any room near the bar, is exposed to their patrons at closing time. It was extremely noisy for about an hour in the early AM; and2. I was quoted $115 per night but noticed after we left, a charge of $135 per night, for two nights. This hotel is not worth $135 per night.   Bad in many ways

  Long wait for hot water whether it was the shower or the sink. I didn't time it but 3-4 minutes for sure. May not sound like much unless your standing in your birthday suit waiting for it. Next the water drain is rusty. You have to avoid stepping on it. Toilet has permanent stains on it.Furniture was fine, but everything else like towel racks, or baseboards, paint looks like it was done by an 8 y/o. Generally very run down; battered walls, chips etc. Dim lighting especially around the sink making hard to even shave properly. One light could not be used bc if turned on flickered like a strobe light. Towels were not quite threadbare, but about one month away from it.Bed covers were gossamer thin.Overall bad experience and I would not return.   Quiet even though Close to 401, clean, easy to get to. Ample parking. Breakfast was included, standard Hilton version. Comfortable beds. For us the key requirement..room had to be scent free (due to allergies) …which it as. Young lady at front desk was polite, helpful & at her suggestion took me to the room to allow me to ensure it was scent free.. absolutely no complaints.

  I am a Hilton friends and family member, but new to the program. I’ve stayed three other times at Hampton Inn and Embassy suites never a Hilton, as I’ve heard there is no breakfast there included.I did the quick book for this room, the hotel is very clean while appointed and very comfortable.In the morning we got dressed and went down for our breakfast and I am not a breakfast eater, neither is my friend. So she had a cup of tea and I had an orange juice…We shared a muffinSo we were surprised when we were getting ready to leave that we were given a bill at our table for $33! I asked the girl covering the area how come it wasn’t free? Apparently you have to be the gold or platinum member in order to get the free breakfast . It didn’t say that on the website when I ordered, and because I’ve stayed at Hampton and Embassy. I thought it was the same.I went in and did a mock booking, and found where you can choose the breakfast. It’s literally $10 more for the room… But I paid $33, and they wouldn’t even give me a bit of a discount since I didn’t eat the buffet.Then to make matters worse, I had brought a food storage bin that I borrowed from my daughter that was a gift, as it was perfect for my purpose… And I forgot it in the fridge! Now I need to order her a new one to replace it 😵‍💫So this one night stay cost me way more than I had anticipated!
