    Tired looking hotel

    We arrived before the check in time of 3pm. The woman on the desk asked for additional payment to allow us to access the room even though it was ready to be occupied. It would have made no difference to the hotel had she given us the key in the spirit of customer service The room looked out onto the pool/waterslide/hot tub. There weren’t many children using the area but when they did they could be heard in the room. The pool area looked poorly maintained. The room was ok and the bed comfortable. The odd thing being that the shower was actually in the bedroom. There were two bathrooms which was handy. Breakfast was basic but ok. Breakfast room is drab and utilitarian. The whole hotel needs painting and freshening up.

    Highlight - they have a huge water slide it was fun with the family and kids . Other people seemed enjoying too. My stay was awesome as the staff was super friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist. The room was clean and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day. I loved the convenient location, close to everything I wanted to see. Overall, a fantastic experience thanks to the wonderful staff and comfortable accommodations.

    The hotel is very clean. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was well done overall a great experience. The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable and there was very little out of room noise sleeping was easy.

    we were there in a later part of the day so instead of travelling over the mountain at night, we decided to stay at super eight. They were very gracious to take and get us in and to our room, which is closest they could get to the bottom because the bottom floor was full other than that elevator being out in the hot tub being out it was a nice spot the ladies at the front desk were very good to work with

    Hotel is very clean overall. Starts to show its age but still great. Very comfortable beds and pillows! love the King Sized pillows on the King bed. Fast and reliable internet as well. Did a zoom meeting without any glitches. Pool with waterslide is great feauture. the kids loved the waterslide while I was just in the hot tub. decent breakfast as well and great location. Will definitely stay here again
