    Comfortable Stay with a Few Minor Drawbacks

    I had a really pleasant stay overall. The hotel staff were friendly and provided great service throughout, which made the experience even better. I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast—it was a nice perk and a convenient way to start the day.The room itself was clean and comfortable, and I felt it was well-maintained. That said, the bed was a bit on the stiff side for my liking, and the pillows were flatter than I prefer, which made it slightly less comfortable for sleeping. The air conditioning was also a bit noisy, cycling on and off throughout the night.Despite those small drawbacks, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future.

    A Great Place to Stay

    We have stayed here a number of times during our trips between Calgary and Pender Island. The place is always clean and comfortable. The included breakfast on the main floor is always fresh, hot, and tasty, including the waffles and eggs etc etc.Reasonably priced, and handy to local gas stations and restaurants and the TransCanada highway.

    Wifi was terrible , hot water was just warm, bath tub is for kids only very small . Card keys didn’t work had to reprogram 8 times, back and forth to office to get into room . Won’t be staying there again.

    Very new and very clean. Staff was very professional and friendly. The breakfast is one of the best we’ve seen in a long while. The room was well equipped and in excellent condition. The location is convenient to access Chilliwack or Abbotsford.

    Cleaning really needs to be improved

    I’m not sure how this has such a high rating as I didn’t enjoy this hotel. Here’s my list of negatives:Location: it’s in a fairly industrial area so nothing really with walking distance. Room Servicing: we stayed two nights and the room was never cleaned. We were out all day and came back around 5pm to an uncleaned room. Pool: Went to pool in morning and all the towels were gone Breakfast: it’s ok. This seems to be a Hilton thing as the breakfast we had at an embassy suites was the same low quality food. I’ve never seen my daughter take a bite of a chocolate muffin and not touch it again. Public spaces: The hallways were filthy. For example there was some food on the floor outside the lift on level 4 when we checked in. This was still here two days later when we checked out. There’s hair, dirt, stains all over the hallways on level four. It’s hard to look at any positives when a place is just downright dirty. And for the price of hotel you’d expect way better.
