    Lack of amenities due to closure

    Hotel hot tub and restaurant were both non-operational during my stay.When I called to confirm the reservation, front desk staff did not notify me about the restaurant closure. My husband was staying at this hotel for an Innotech conference and the lack of restaurant made things very challenging. Would not recommend this hotel.

    I booked a King room, but when I got there the hotel was very Full and I was only offered 2 doubles in an accessible room on the main floor. It was later on in the evening and I was quite tired and just wanted to get to sleep. I went to put my water in the fridge but unfortunately it was not plugged in so I had to wait till morning to have anything cold. good thing I did not have any food with me that needed to be refrigerated. the bed was comfortable and pillows were good. No alarm clock in the room which i found was weird and trying to plug my phone in near the bed was impossible. Probably will find somewhere else to stay next time I am in town.

    Front desk and staff CAN NOT be trusted!!!!Hotel overcharged me for my room over $130 and refused to refund me. I booked a standard room and they charged me for an 3 bed suite. After several attempts to get my money back I quit. They can be thieves and be VERY proud of themselves. Myself or my kids sports teams will never step foot in that place again. Also hotel pool was being renovated during my stay and I was not made aware of this when booking. Very disappointed in everything.

    great hotel to stay, very clean and spacious. we had five people, stayed for 3 nights, so much space for everyone. nice little pool area as well.highly recommended. we will definitely stay here again in the future.

    The hotel staff is very quiet. Not necessarily rude, but not necessarily friendly. Their “breakfast“ leaves a little to be desired. I specifically requested an early check in and it was unavailable. It just wasn’t quite what I was expecting for the money.
