    Made a mistake on booking and did not return payment. Had to stay at another hotel and paid for a room we did not stay in. Poor customer service. Would expect a refund in such situation.

    Had a really great with my family. Very close to all amenities beautiful area. The room was clean and breakfast was gud and the lady at frontdesk was very nice and friendly.
