    Watch out for bedbugs and poor management

    I found a bedbugs in a bedside drawer. Was moved to another room that a staff member had obviously been watching TV in. TV was on to a hockey game and the toilet had been used. My concerns were dismissed when brought to management's attention. Bedbugs happen. Get some mattress covers to protect your beds. Listen to your guests concerns. Following your room change, our team conducted a detailed inspection and did not find any signs of bedbugs or other insects, particularly given the winter season in Alberta. Nevertheless, we immediately investigated the matter as a precaution to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.At the time of your concern, there were two staff members on duty at the front desk, and both personally assisted you in arranging a room upgrade as quickly as possible. Our goal was to address the situation promptly and minimize any inconvenience to you.We would also like to clarify that televisions and air conditioning units are periodically kept on in our rooms to ensure they remain in proper working order for arriving guests. The condition of the room was not due to prior occupancy, but rather part of our standard operational procedures.We always strive to be proactive and responsive when handling guest concerns.     Stayed 2 nights.Close to jasper especially the hot springs.Clean hotel, clean room, plenty of options with breakfast that’s included.The pool and hot tub is nice.Does have a coin laundry facility. It’s too bad we were not told in advance housekeeping service is not daily as they did not clean our room.

    Stayed here for two nights while visiting Jasper and Jasper N.P. There was plenty of parking and it's located right off the highway. The good thing was that there wasn't any road traffic noise at night. The hotel is about a half an hour to the Park Entrance, but the views going and coming are breathtaking. Room was very quiet and clean. Small shampoo bottles in bathroom. My only complaint was that they were skimpy with the towels. Only 2 bath towels for a King-Size bed room. Please get rid of your old, worn, racing flag towels. Typical breakfast buffet included: omelets and waffles. The coffee was good and there was plenty of attentive staff. There is a small pool and hot tub on the property. There is a restaurant connected to the hotel.I would stay here again. But please get better towels,
