  We where here after visiting Jasper. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was different from other hotels but good. The most stunning thing was the pool, the slide was very dark but very fun! There were showers near the pool that were very useful so that you don’t leave wet footprints around the hotel.

  What a great surprise

  Travelling around Canada for 4 weeks and this was our best room. We had a family room and it was in the new area. I can not review the older area so make sure you are in the new section. As soon as we walked in the room we could not believe the room we had. It looked brand new, it was huge with 3 queen beds 2 bathrooms and a lounge area. Everything was extremely clean and very comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the pool and slide which opened from 9am to 10pm. Earlier would have been nicer. We were also surprised to learn we had free breakfast which was simple but very nice and great to start the day. The laundry service was also free which was another surprise benefit. This was the place that just kept on giving for sure. If I could take this room with me for every stay for the rest of my life I would, it was that good. Best room of my life and I would say I’ve stayed in over 300 rooms during my travels.

  We chose to have a kitchen room and ended up getting the separate motel unit on ground floor. Room was somewhat clean. The bathroom had hair on the tile wall around the tub, a very large spider hiding under the rolled bathmat on the floor leaning against the tub. The grout really needs a good scrub. It’s dirty. The couch provided is uncomfortable to use without side pillows to counteract the stiffness of the arms. The door has no weather stripping so the air from outside just blows through. The curtain for blackout is over the air conditioner and approximately 2 inches too short to keep the light out. The biggest issues were the road noise from trucks passing by all through the night..not enough sound deadening insulation in the outside walls and having to leave the motel and go to the hotel for anything you needed including the complimentary breakfast, ice or filtered water, pool usage, and any amenities. I actually felt like the cousin no one wanted to be associated with..thank goodness the staff were very friendly and kind.

  The place is clean, and the staff are friendly. But the walls are paper thin. You can hear people walking outside and your neighbours talking in their rooms. As well as other activities they might be up to. Everything else is good, but if you’re a light sleeper, I’d maybe try elsewhere.

  Great pool with waterslide. Washing machine and dryer free for guests. Great breakfast with all the regulars, pancakes, bacon, hash browns, yogurt, cereal, muffins, etc. Close to highway 16. Friendly and helpful staff.
