  Shanty hotel ... Looks good from. The outside but not so great on the inside anything that's been fixed is a hack job staff are rude elevator is hot will not be going back

  Noisy, beware to ask Non interconnecting room!

  We came for dance competitions as many others. Even though we inquired upon booking, the quetest possible room, we got a room with interconnect door. I would never thought its a special request NOT to get one of those. Usually people say IF they want one. It is incredible noisy, we can hear every word neighbors are saying, every sneeze! I ask to relocate us, was told no rooms available (we did not hear or see any neighbors on the other side and housekeepers said its vacant).Breakfast is average, used to better. Only love noted quality is placed out, you can get more if you ask for it.Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am and come in if no one replies (we were sleeping) at 9am. We had crazy 4 days at the hotel, my plans to work were ruined altogether with a chance to rest. We will avoid the hotel next time. Camping is less noisy then our room Wingate Lethbridge, at Wingate by Wyndham Lethbridge, responded to this review Hi, EmmaI am very sorry about the experiences you had during your stay. All but a few of our standard 2 queen rooms do connect, with this when teams book we do our best to assign groups to those rooms so they can be close together. I do apologize for the note of wanting a quite room wasn't followed.I will discuss the issue with Housekeeping coming in so early with my Housekeeping manager to make sure this doesn't happen again. That being said I would like to be given the opportunity to make this right, but am unable to find a reservation under Emma W.   Over charged unknowingly

  I am very impressed with the buffet choice, we had to run out and grab food additionally. This is where we stay every year for my daughter’s dance competition.Upon checkout, I realize there was an additional $60 charge for a second night stay. When I inquired about this, I was told it’s because the hotel is full, which makes absolutely no sense to me. When I asked to speak with the manager, he was “unavailable”. I am not OK with them charging me an additional $60+ above my quoted price, especially since we booked way back in November of this year. Six months in advance. A few members from our team paid the additional $60+ and are very unimpressed about it where his other ones had the same price straight across. This makes absolutely no sense to me and has not yet been rectified. Wingate Lethbridge, at Wingate by Wyndham Lethbridge, responded to this review Hello, AshleyAs mentioned in our email, the refund was issued the day you brought it forward to my front desk attendant.I took a look into your reservation and the reservation amounts, were the original amounts that were booked. The confirmation that was sent at the time of booking will also show these amounts. Our rates will always fluctuate on busy weekends, and April and May is always busy with dance, so the system would have already had those increases in place well before you booked. My assumption is that there was a misunderstanding at the time of booking, but I am happy that we corrected this. Even though your team booked with us, they were not booked in a group block which is why these rates would have been different on the different nights. Now this being said, we have changed the amounts of anyone who has mentioned this to us out of goodwill to make sure they are happy. I do hope on your future visits to Lethbridge your group either sets up a proper group block so we can offer you the set price, or find a property that is better suited to the needs of your team.   Wonderful Place to stay

  This is an excellent place to stay - close to downtown (walking distance). Room was very clean, and staff are very helpful. The only thing lacking was snow removal from their parking lot and adjacent sidewalks making walking dangerous. This is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.

  Hotel was exceedingly clean and the rates were very competitive. Not the greatest breakfast and pool needs cleaned. All staff were helpful and pleasant
