    Well that was likely the worst experience ever....there was zero hot water in our room .....the fact that they couldn't have cared less and never even offered an apology for that , let alone attempt to rectify it !! It is not the best bang for your buck that's 100% sure , dirty and nasty the pictures don't show you how it really is ...

    OK probably would never stay here again. Room was dirty, unkempt and just not very nice. It's old, when you have a shower the room still stinks of smoke. Bathroom had peeling paint and broken tiles. Towels had a weird odor. Train whistle went several times during the night. Maybe avoid staying here

    Just say NO at any price. Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Although the hotel was by the train tracks that didn't bother me at all. But the attached nightclub "thumped" from 10-2:30 AM and the very noisy patrons spilled out into the driveway. Street racing and dragging. If you DON'T like sleeping, I highly recommend the visit! Grrr.On the other hand, the continental breakfast was NOTHING. The only low carb food to have was the coffee - everything had a ton of sugar, from the cereal to the juice. Add the GG cookies and the candy dish. Very anti-diabetic and unhealthy.Rooms were just OK but need some maintenance and updating. Remember, the power outlet by the table is SWITCHED with the light so don't leave an item plugged in to be charged because it won't.Parking lot was across the street and I should have clued in to the problems when at check-in the attendant said they had security drive by every 30 minutes along with CCTV cameras and lighting to discourage issues.

    The woman at the front desk who checked me in was wonderful...welcoming, friendly, helpful, caring, and efficient. The room was spacious, COMFORTABLE bed, great shower, clean. Will be staying here again in the future!

    This hotel doesn't look like much on the outside but the staff and the rooms are fantastic. We stayed here only for one night as we were passing through Lloydminster. The lady at the front desk who checked us in was so pleasant and nice and suggested the restaurant next door for dinner. The room was great, comfortable bed, clean room. We had no complaints. The breakfast was decent and was enough to get us on our way. Overall we will be staying here again in the future.
