    Excellent staff, very accommodating and friendly. Comfortable and clean rooms. Beds are very comfy. Lounge area at front great for adults to unwind while kids are settling. Always a fan fav of our group and are request customers. Thanks Pamela and staff as always!!

    I have stayed at this Best Western location multiple times. The staff is fantastic, rooms are clean and they offer a wide selection with the breakfast included in the stay. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in London.

    The Best Western London Airport Inn and Suites was amazing. I stayed the night before my flight and the staff and the facilities were above awesome. They were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was top notch and very reliable. I got to the airport when I needed to (very early) and my pickup on return was also very reliable and easy to access. Over all a very pleasant stay.
