    Very noisy Hotel no rest

    I have a back problem and I ask for extra pillows when I booked the room in the comments but never got any got there at 2:00 p.m. check in with 3:00 p.m. but they let us check in early which was nice got to the room there was kids running up and down the hall from 2:00 p.m. till 9:00 p.m. at night I called the front desk numerous times about the kids screaming up and down the Halls banging the walls hitting the door to the stairwell and running up the stairs and down the stairs was there to relax in the room but that didn't happen the guy at the front desk didn't care said he couldn't do nothing about it quiet time was 10:00 p.m. and the noise went on Into the Night the kids just ran Wild parents were probably busy in there rooms and didn't want the kids around the ottoman that was for the chair had so many stains on it it looked disgusting the seal around the hallway door you can see major Gap around the door I was supposed to get one of the biggest rooms then they told me that's the room that I'm getting even though I paid extra for the other room early in the morning the kids were up at it again running up and down the hallways went for breakfast the breakfast was okay most of the things were cold the eggs were cold the potatoes were cold and dry the breakfast was okay but the staff that was doing the breakfast kept it all stocked up they were very busy people with the kids we're letting the kids do whatever they want getting the food touching everything pick something up then put it back with their hands overall experience was okay will not stay there again there's a newer Hotel closer to downtown that looks a lot nicer I will be staying there next time

    Let me first say that my top priorities in a hotel are that I feel safe, and it is clean. This facility met both of those requirements. I did have a complaint I think others should be made aware. We usually stay in Choice Privilege Hotels. I booked this stay on the app. After making the reservation, I called to see if they had an accessible room as my husband uses a wheelchair. I was informed that the room I booked was on the second floor. I asked if they had an elevator and was told they did not. They did not have an accessible room available either. I then asked if they could move me to a first floor room. They said they could but there would be an upgrade fee. I questioned this and was told that first floor rooms are more expensive. I certainly feel an upgrade fee is unacceptable when there is no way of getting his wheelchair to the 2nd floor.

    Nickel & Dime you- Find somewhere else

    The manager there, Aroom,. just cares about money. Find somewhere else to stay. If you book on the third party like TripAdvisor, they won't help you out at all. Whether it's trying to be on the first floor because you can't walk steps (You can change rooms if you pay extra) or if one person has a medical emergency and needs to cancel with 24 hours notice, no refund even if sold out, no help!

    Don’t Go Here if you have a Service Dog!

    My wife reserved through Air Miles a room for my Service Dog in training as we live a few hours away. Upon check in while I stood there with my dog in her vest condescendingly telling me Air Miles booked me on the 2nd floor, dogs not permitted on that floor, only first floor. I said that’s fine move me, he then stated he’d move me then asked for a letter from my dr stating why I needed my Service Dog!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? He then said I would be on the 1st floor and extra pet charge!! Needless to say I had a few words for him!! Never been insulted by someone in the hospitality business and his arrogance was rude and intolerable, and boasted he was the General Manager which I’m assuming was meant to intimidate or impress me! NOT!! do not give this this hotel your business! DISGUSTED!!

    Looks like it is newly renovated the rooms are fairly clean the front desk looked like they were new when we asked questions The back park is a nice touch the rooms on the main floor have access to the parking lot
