    Broken items in the washroom. Wanted a quiet room they gave me the noisiest on the 3rd floor. Right across from the elevator

    Rooms were clean, quiet and beds very comfy! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating as we moved last minute due to a bad experience at previous hotel. Would 100% recommend and will stay here again.

    A Great experience overall. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Thank You Tina at the front desk. Very clean and modern and also close to shopping with the Mall across the street. Location is very good beside the Highway. Rooms are very spacious.

    Excellent hotel at a good price. This is our second time staying at this hotel, and I will stay here again if in the area. Staff were friendly, room was clean and nice.     I was expecting a crummy and very basic motel, but this hotel was a pleasant surprise. My king room was very clean, well kitted out, including a full bathroom, plus microwave and fridge, though without crockery/utensils or other cooking facilities. The bed was comfy and the stone table tops were a nice feature, indicating a thoughtful refurbishment. .The TV remote was simple and functional, without the large array of mysterious buttons that never do anything useful or anything at all. And the host at reception was cheery and efficient. On the negative side, some traces of a less fancy earlier décor were evident in my room: lots of chips on the wooden furniture and some of the vinyl wallpaper peeling in the bathroom. The sheets were a bit old and ‘knobbly’ (technically called 'fibre piling'). Breakfast was pisspoor. Only real plates and cutlery save it from being classed at the very lowest rung of North American motel breakfasts. Just abut all I could stomach was an apple and a hard-boiled egg.
