  The location of the hotel is scenic, next to the river, perfect for the waterfront stroll. Nearby Tidal and Bore Gastropub is delightful. The front desk was superb, upgraded my room on arrival, also gave me my breakfast to go due my 06:00 am fight, it was a lovely healthy breakfast too. I would stay here again.   Good location, good atmosphere but the room was too noisy and we could not sleep well. It could be solve with a proper window seal.Breakfast was fair.   I would like to express our appreciation to the hotel management and the entire team for such a wonderful experience. From arrival to departure, everything was handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality.The staff were all very accommodating, friendly, and attentive to our needs. A special shout-out to the front desk team for truly going above and beyond their assistance was incredibly helpful and made our check-in and overall stay smooth, efficient, and very pleasant.The function room facilities were excellent well-organized, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything was set up perfectly, which greatly contributed to the success of our event. The team assigned to assist us was responsive and ensured that everything ran seamlessly.I would also like to commend the breakfast team for their outstanding service and the quality of food provided.   My son and I traveled from Maine to Moncton, New Brunswick, for a conference. The room that we received was warm so we turned on the air conditioner and it didn't cool the room. It was late and we didn't want to request a room change. We thought we could make it through the night comfortably, but after opening the door and the windows for several minutes at a time to cool the room down, as soon as we close the doors the room got hot again. We booked this particular place because it had a pool but when we got there we found out that you have to pay $25 a day per guest and request at least 6 hours in advance to use the pool or the hot tub. I think they should not advertise the fact that they have a pool if you have to pay for it or should at least let you know that.   Location, price, amenities, food, parking all great.Close to downtown, mall, highway access and river. Staff were great, hotel was clean. Breakfast was decent. Pool, hot tub and sauna outdoors - we will likely be back in the summer to make use of that!Clean room and bathroom. One of the better places to stay in Moncton for the value.
