    I booked a room for myself, my husband and my son. When we got there, the sofa bed was not made up, we went to reception and asked, we got pointed in the direction of blankets and got told to make it ourselves. There were not enough cups, glasses or coffee in the room for the 3 of us. When we asked for more we were told to go to the bar.When the room was cleaned they did not remove any dirty cups or glasses, we took these to the bar ourselves. The absolute kicker was a notice in the room expecting a tip for the exceptional service - we did not leave one.Probably my favourite par of this experience was that we needed a taxi / cab. We asked if reception could call us one. They handed us a number and said we needed to call our own, we tried but out UK phones wouldn't connect, we went back to reception, stated our issue and asked again. The receptionist phoned the taxi, confirmed the line was working and hung up telling us to keep trying. In the end I had to go back for a 3rd time and beg. The taxi came in good time, but we missed our experience due to a lack of hospitality from this hotel.

    We had a good experience in this Hotel. The staff was nice, we enjoyed the heated pool and sauna. It has a good location, near the Mont Tremblant village!     Great Location, Rude Staff

    The hotel is about a 15 minute drive to the Mont Tremblant town center, but only a 10 minute walk to St-Jovite, which is much more charming and less touristy. Several comments have been made about the unfriendliness of the staff and I would agree, that was the worst aspect of this hotel. At first I thought it was because we were American, but they were very rude to our Swiss friend as well. The women working the coffee and bar were lovely and we appreciated having that amenity available to us.     Great location quiet staff is friendly the rooms are great.I would definatly stay here again.Rooms were clean and a very nice size.Loved the warm pool and the sauna it is a very nice added feature.Front desk staff were very nice and the check in was easy Alexia Miller, at AX Hotel Mont-Tremblant, responded to this review Merci pour vos gentils mots!     A modern delight

    This is a very modern, sleek hotel surrounded by beautiful woods. Our room was spacious, quiet and nicely furnished. Best of all was the outdoor spa area complete with a sauna. You can easily access restaurants and shops using a nearby foot path although this route is probably not an option for those with mobility problems. Still the downtown area of St. Jovite is a short drive away. There is a limited dining option inside the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
