    No frills motel style hotel. Comfortable enough, clean and that’s about it. That’s fine because that’s what it says on the packet

    We were disappointed right from the moment we arrived. The parking lot was a gong show and there was garbage everywhere! The young man at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. Richmond was fantastic though. When we booked we were told that we could leave our truck and trailer there. When we arrived we were told we could not! This was a huge issue as we had an 11 day sled trip planned. Breakfast in the morning took over an hour!We moved hotels.

    It’s Comfort Inn so my expectations were low…. Clean clean place to say and expectations were met. I was in one the far rooms at the end of the hotel so no street or restaurant noise. No breakfast which is rare now, most offer a little continental now so tack that on your price for night. It was still less than other places so good for a stop travelling through Quebec. Comfortable beds and pillows, a little worn but clean.

    I stayed there for two days as I had to work nearby. The size and cleanness of the room were ok, the bed comfortable, the Wi-Fi free and efficient, and the staff at the registration desk very nice. On the other hand, it was possible to hear everything happening in the other rooms nearby, the noise street was super intense, and there was no housekeeping service during my stay. The coffee in the room was just horrible. I do not think that I will stay here next time.     Dont know why they rate this place 2 stars . Its clean , modern , great service , and nice staff anything you need just ask . So what about there $4 bottle of water , get over it and walk across street and buy one , better yet IGA is right next door for beer and wine , would stay again for sure . Le Cage sports bar is attached nice place awesome wings
