    We are not returning to this hotel, I'm afraid!

    The employees are nice. The hôtel is quite old. The toilet are so low on the floor that to us, seniors, it was a risk. There are no lifs and the corridors are dark. We got lost! Also, and the main criticism, is that we were given a room with a single queen bed. Lo and behold, the bed was the size of a double and we had a very bad night as a result. The reception denied our inquiry on the matter and insisted that we were wrong. But we know better!     The hotel is an old style but well renovated. The staff is extremely efficient and nice. The rooms are simple , clean and very confortable. Minor things like tv remote having a volume issue and the AC not being central can be loud at times. The breakfast is included and it’s fantastic. Usually those are boring and just and after thought. Not this one ….eggs, toast, beautiful fruits, smoothies, breakfast potatoes. Coffee is served at the table and your cup will not go empty. The staff is super efficient , helpful and nice. My rate is 9/10.

    Stay at Comfort inn instead. They actually cater to cyclists.

    They do not cater to the cyclists. They know that all cyclists who are there for the Pettit Train du Nord have to leave the hotel before 700 yet they don’t even have coffee let alone fruits or even muffins. I know for a fact that if you stay at the Comfort Inn things are much better. Will never stay at a Best Western again because of their blatant disregard for a large segment of their business at the St Jerome location which is cyclist.     Fabulous accommodation and excellent quality service from the staff. Great place for the family on a vacation or on a work trip staycation. Hotel is close to restaurants within walking distance and 20 minutes on the motorway to the local airport.     This is an older hotel but has been renovated. I was pleasantly surprised at the room and cleanliness! There were 2 robes for our use. The breakfast was not your regular self serve. It was a full service restaurant! The portions were very generous! I would definitely recommend.
