Facility

The hotel has 170 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 20 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well.     Staff members are the Best in the business at this hotel….Peter, Sam, Romi, Dan and John are amazing ppl…they definitely know the business very well, and all of them have been working there for a long time which is a testament of management and how they are treated…We met a new fellow who was working with Sam yesterday and his name escapes us but you can tell he is well taught and very pleasant as well. The staff make the place and they are all very professional at their jobs…if your looking for a place to stay in montreal look no further…the Manager Rafik Zikry Is a very pleasant man as well as we have had opportunities to meet him personally…5 start service everytime Manager Manager, Sales at Best Western Ville-Marie Montreal Hotel, responded to this review Thank you so much for your kind words and continued support!     Unfortunately when I left the hotel, I forgot my computer cord in the room. I of course didn't realize until I was 600km's away. I panicked as needed my computer for work. Without hesitation, the staff was on it, they tracked it down for me and not only that they cared enough to rush deliver it back to me and wouldn't even let me take care of it. I've stayed at the finest hotels in the world and they wont get off their butts without charging you an arm and a leg, here, not only was there no charge, they were genuinly helpful, concerned and took care of everything.     Central, Safe and Close to the Metro!

    Our check-in experience with Danny was amazing, and we felt really taken care of, which was so needed after a long drive. We arrived a bit early and Danny took care of our bags and gave us a couple of great recommendations until we could check into our room. The Hotel was clean, very central and such easy access to the Metro gave us an easy route to the entire City. There are tons of great places to eat and drink very close by. We'd recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly like to come back!     Old and very tired. Comfy bed and room was quiet. Decor very dated. Felt very dark and dingy. Guy on reception on 5th May late afternoon - very rude when I asked for help with directions. I was here with a tour group so didn't pick this hotel. Certainly not somewhere I'd choose myself.     No working A/C in warm rooms

    I am adding.to more reviews about No working A/C throughout rooms across hotel, after multiple complaints, different rooms and mechanic “checking the A/C” it turns out they have a policy where air conditioning is turned off to rooms! they would rather give you the run around than be truthful about them trying to save on their energy bill for air conditioning. When we spend over $500 for two nights we expect to be comfortable with cooling down our room. When outside is 20 degrees and the room is 22 degrees a slot in an open window does not suffice. I have stayed at dozens of hotels and this is the wordy experience i have had to date. I have filed a complaint with management regarding our experience and have not heard back.
