Comfortable, friendly, helpful hotel in perfect location. Ceiling above crystal chandeliers in lobby in a mirror, so looks like there are a million chandeliers. Delicious restaurant

Best piede a terre in town. Just a hundred yards or so from Notre Dame and the Champs du Mars. Convenient to subways and around the corner from Rue St. Paul. Spacious, clean and comfortable, with unobtrusive staff extending every effort to make the experience delightful.

    Great

    rating22 Mar 2026

Our 1st time in the property. Staff is helpful and super friendly. Location is amazing, walking distance to restaurants, shops, museums, waterfront. Our room was a tad small for the 3 of us but beds were firm, pillows fluffy. Our breakfast was a cute concept with scones, croissants, fruit, juices, cheeses, dips left outside our door hangingin the little hook. We went to the restaurant area for coffee and tea. If you want cappuccino, lattes, americano, or any other they will make it for you. I thought that was a nice touch. Our 1st day, because we arrive later and were tired, we decided to have dinner in the restaurant at the hotel. Very good food, excellent service. I recommend both.

Lovely boutique hotel in Old Montreal

    rating29 Nov 2025

Lovely boutique hotel in Old Montreal. Rooms are well-sized, bathroom good size. Beds n pillows comfy. Your boxed breakfast gets delivered to your room each morning by 7 a.m. breakfast includes, nice size serving of a tasty baked good-we had muffin and scone-with a delicious yogurt-type dipping sauce, fresh fruit jam and a bottle of juice. There is a coffee/tea machine and small fridge in room ( a small microwave would have come in handy). If you prefer not to eat your breakfast in your room, you can bring it downstairs to the hotel restaurant (only open for dinner) to eat at a table there. Staff were Friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Location of hotel was within walking distance of many good restaurants, coffee shops, and the Christmas market.

    Great location

    rating22 Nov 2025

The location is the key. Close to local restaurants and pubs. The king room was spacious and comfortable. The continental breakfast small so if you like breakfast plan to go out. The evening staff were friendly. Housekeeping excellent. Didn't try the restaurant. Wanted to try the bar however they don't open until 530pm, strange. It didn't look like much anyways with so many other places to enjoy a late afternoon beverage.
