    Comfort Inn is Quality You Can Depend On

    We love coming to all Comfort Inns because we can expect quality. The hotel is clean and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. I feel the cost is quite reasonable when you can have such a great experience. The rooms are spacious and modern. The breakfast was included and quite excellent. The coffee was quite good and I was surprised that we could have fresh waffles as well as other hot items.

    We checked in at Comfort Inn South Shore in Boucherville, Quebec on Oct 01, 2024 to a King room (w/City view) located on the 2nd floor. The purpose of this trip is leisure travel.Location: 4 out of 5The motel is located in Boucherville which is outside of Montreal city. We picked this hotel as a stopover hotel to Quebec City.Front Desk and Lobby: 4 out of 5All front desk staff we encountered are friendly and helpful. The lobby is small but bright and clean. There is snacks and drinks available for purchase and a water station (cold water only) for guests to use.Guestroom: 4 out of 5The room is clean and cozy. The property does not have elevator so ask for a room on ground level if you are not good with stairs or have big luggage with you.Food and Beverage: 5 out of 5There is a breakfast area serving complimentary breakfast in the morning. The breakfast lady is very cheerful and approachable. Summary: 4 out of 5Good location at ok prices. The building is quite old but still in a decent shape. Parking is free for those with a vehicle. Overall, it is a good hotel suitable for people who only need an overnight stay.

    We booked our rooms the previous day only to find out when we arrived that they had given our rooms to someone else, no questions asked: they thought I had already checked inn. What did they do? They left me waiting over an hour while they decided to have ME book in again, put my card AGAIN in a different booking while they left all my information with the other booking that the strangers were using for free! The next day the manager was there at her office and had a person lie for her saying she wasn't there that day. Travellers beware: it seems the managers here don't train their personnel properly and they don't care about their customers.

    Gentleman with glasses at frontdesk was very nice and helpful. Same also with black gentleman in breakfast room. Did not like that they serve you eggs/sausages. Most hotels have self serve. Based on this, I might stay somewhere else. Wifi was very good.

    High chance your car gets stolen!

    Stayed here in May 2023. 3 cars stolen from parking lot in 2 nights. Avoid this hotel! They don’t seem to care about stopping this problem. They didn’t even bother to have any info for guests on night 3.
