60 single rooms and 40 double rooms are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the hotel provides various services and facilities, including a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service, room service, a laundry service, a conference room, a fax machine and a banquet hall.     The front desk staff were polite and friendly. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It was easy to find although there was construction going on which made it a little confusing. It was easy to get into Montreal. It was a perfect stop over on our way to Quebec City

    This hotel is clean and adequate. The breakfast is average and not bad. The rooms are a little small and have awesome beds. The location is wonderful as it's in a nice neighborhood and Boston Pizza is within walking distance. So this Comfort Inn is okay for a night. I also want to mention that the staff is very friendly and helpful.

    Check in was delayed as the clerk on duty at the time could not log into his account and complained to us for 10 minutes about how overworked he was, while hanging up all the incoming calls without answering them. They have a policy of cleaning rooms only on alternate days, unless you ask for daily housekeeping. Upon check-in, we requested daily service. It has been three days since the room has been serviced, despite reminders on a daily basis. For the size of the motel, the breakfast area is rather small. The staff stocks breakfast items -- like fruit or yogurt -- miserly and just shruggs each day as these items run out in half an hour. It is evident that this motel is cutting corners every way it can. If I had not paid for it in advance, I would have walked out of it.

    We were booked last July 6..the room was nice,,,but a black out was 10pm till morning..no generator..nor other like apologize announcement what happen.. Till morning before we left no plan was done just to give us coffee...we were about to leave..we cannot open the keywords due to power off ..I left my iPhone.. I was surprised and was an accident ..It was in my bed for I am watching TV when power was off..from July 6 it was terrible to learn that they are not yet cleared the beddings according to them..July 8..I was able to talk to the manager but they will Still ask whoever is cleaning...OMG...what's the plan of Comfort Inn..I'm traveling to New York now

    If you are ok with old smelly hallways, gross carpet and no elevator then by all means stay here. The ac in the room was not working; I went to the front desk. She advised me that the maintenance man had left for the evening; this was at 8pm. I requested a different room; she said she could not accommodate as the hotel was full. I asked for a fan; the front desk woman said she would check and see if they had one. I did get a call back later advising they did not have a fan available. If I wasn’t with an elderly relative who would have to walk back down a flight of stairs; I would have left in a heart beat. The next morning the shower was another story; the cold water was full force and had plenty of pressure. However; as soon as you change it to hot. The water goes down to a slow trickle, I doubt I could have even washed my hair.
