Even Tarantino Couldn’t Script How Bad This Was — Truly Terrible

When we entered the room, the bed sheets had visible hair, debris, food residue, and stains. The blankets and pillowcases also appeared dirty and unwashed. The bathroom was disgusting, with stains in the tub, residue throughout the room, and even a partially used bar of soap left from a previous guest. It was obvious the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. When I reported this to the front desk, instead of moving us to a clean room, staff handed me clean linens and expected me to remake the dirty beds myself. The next morning, we discovered the shower handle was broken, making it impossible for my family to shower. I reported it and was promised maintenance and housekeeping while we were out for the day. When we returned that evening, absolutely nothing had been done. The room was still dirty and the shower still broken. At 10 PM they offered another room, but my exhausted family was already in bed and moving would have required repacking everything late at night. We did not shower in two days! The most shocking part happened during checkout when I saw explicit pornographic content openly playing on the TV behind the front desk, visible to guests and families. I blurred the picture on the television to post it here along with several more so you can see the real thing. I will be disputing these charges with my credit card company. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values minimum sanitary conditions, professionalism, or peace of mind.

The worst experience I’ve ever had.Far too expensive for the service provided, even in high season.Mosquitoes, insects, and even spiders in the room.Furniture straight out of the 1960s, and outdoor chairs that look like they were collected from public donations.The staff try to be friendly, but the basic comfort expected from any accommodation is completely missing.Cleaning is superficial — the room is simply dirty.I strongly advise against staying here, even for a motel — cleanliness has nothing to do with the price charged.Paying $200 a night for something that shouldn’t cost more than $50 is unacceptable.Don’t go, even if the stay is offered for free.

Horrendous! Stay away. Rip Off!

The room was filthy- dead bugs on the floor (who knows about the live ones!), spider webs in the corners. The room had a funky smell. It was 34C outside and the A/C was not working in the room. We decided not to risk staying and the management refused to refund our deposit. Multiple phone calls to Expedia who were unable to get us a refund. I have also reported this place to the Quebec Tourist Board. Stay here at your peril.

Terrible place, the room smells bad, there is hair and food crumbs on the bed. Food debris in the sink. Hair in the sink and shower and all over the bathroom. Stains all over the beds. Half used toilet paper and pee stains on the toilet. Lots of garbage on the property. Some lighting doesn’t work. Would not recommend, we booked this last minute for a high price, and we were VERY disappointed. DO NOT BOOK!!

Renting a room there was not a great experience. The manager does not speak french nor english, she is always yelling at people.Hot water not always available, very poor internet, have to fights to get supplies (towels, toilet paper, tissues), smelly, bad decor, very small old TV - NOT FLAT SCREEN AT ALL, black mold on walls. Left deposit for dogs, never got it back. Garbage everywhere, pool not in use for a very long time, maintenance in general very, very poor. Prostitutes and dealers all the time, violence, stabbing. Not that cheap, not a place where you can rest/sleep. Many other places are better than this.
