Hallway/room smelled extremely musty - shower was falling apart and unmaintained. Toilet did not flush properly, no plunger in room to correct. No phone to call down to front desk. No housekeeping, two towels for a 4 -day stay. Netflix did not work on TV. A/C only in living area, no air flow to bedroom, made sleeping very difficult.

We have family in the area and come here frequently from out of province. We love the location and have never been disappointed by the accommodations. We have recommended this hotel to others and this is our go-to for all our Montreal stays!

We stayed here for two nights. The room was clean and just what we needed. It was within walking distance of Old Montreal, restaurants, and shopping. We didn’t notice any traffic noise while inside, though it is close to highways and streets. I’d recommend it.

Best part of the stay was the location.Cheap worn furniture and kitchen utensils. Abusive behavior from management. No security. Ridiculous parking fees. Cleaning staff were awesome.Now management is hiding my review from the public on other platforms. Guess they don’t want bad news coming out just good. If it was good, I would say so, but it was not.

Great location, apartment and really really clean. The only thing that we thought that was strange and troubling is that anyone can enter the elevator. Most hotels require you to swipe your keycard to go to your floor (for you only) especially on several occasion there was no one at the front desk. Again, great accommodation but safety measures can be better.
